Do Online Jobs are barriers or not?

I want the job as a programmer in php programming as a career. On the other day on the website I noticed that some job opportunity for the fresher as ASP programming, .NET programs and PHP programming.

They suggest that click here to apply then this site take me to the job (online job). I wonder showing that it allow to see a “job preview”. Just tell me frank what I do with this job preview though

I want a job. Is there any necessary to show “job preview” to apply for job? I clicked on it and it takes 5 minutes to complete. Do I need this for find a job? Don’t you think it is a barrier for me or us? It takes me to another site which is belonging to the flash designing and online jobs.

Now it shows me multimedia presentation for the cheap hosting. Come on yar!! It’s too boring and hectic sometimes. The experience like this is damage someone career and frustrating for some job searchers. I want Google banned those sites for this kind of harassment on your guns of India.

Don’t you think that we have to build some organization for banned sites for job search like this? Here I not mentioned that site name but when you get that this kind of threatening experience then you will understand my anger otherwise you think that “Let him speak if he wants to speak” naa!!
